Initial in-person consultations are provided free of charge.


Examination of the object and a formal written condition report and estimate are provided for a fee.


This fee is credited to the client if the object is approved for treatment.



PaperLoves Conservation, LLC does not appraise or authenticate objects.  


PaperLoves Conservation, LLC carries general liability insurance.  



 Condition Report/Treatment Proposal Estimate will be completed and sent to the client for review and approval. 


Written approval for treatment and a pre-payment of 50% of the total cost must be received prior to start of work. 


A Final Report and treatment images will be provided upon completion of work.


A minimum 50% pre-payment is required for all work.


An Invoice will be supplied with the final treatment report upon completion of  the work. 


Payment is due in full prior to releasing the object to the client.


Accepted methods of payment are cash, checks and Paypal with the fee included.

Objects can be sent via FedEx and UPS. 


Insuring your shipment and providing tracking information is required.


PaperLoves Conservation, LLC will not be held responsible for damage incurred during shipping. 


Return Shipping & Handling charges will be applied to your final invoice.
