PaperLoves Conservation, LLC is a woman-owned, private art conservation practice in Saint Peter, Minnesota providing professional conservation services for paper-based artifacts. 

 

PLC, LLC was founded in 2015 by Amanda H. Malkin, a professionally trained paper conservator with a Masters Degree in the Conservation of Fine Art with a specialty in works of art on paper from Northumbria University, Newcastle, England. Amanda has experience working with a wide range of paper-based objects including prints, drawings, watercolors, pastels, posters, maps, Indian and Islamic miniature paintings and other non-Western art.

 

She has held positions at the Freer and Sackler Galleries and the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. Contracts were carried out at the National Postal Museum, National Museum for African Art, the National Museum of the American Indian, the George Washington University Museum, George Mason University Special Collections, etc.

Amanda is a Professional Associate of the American Institute for Conservation.
